Our Requirements
We welcome volunteers who:
- Time Commitment: Able to dedicate at least 4–6 hours per week or participate in special projects/events as needed.
- Relevant Skills: Depending on the program, skills in teaching, healthcare, community outreach, project management, social media, or administration are highly valued.
- Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work respectfully with people from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
- Reliability & Professionalism: Punctual, responsible, and able to follow through on tasks and commitments.
- Passion for Community Work: Genuine interest in uplifting underprivileged communities, empathy, and willingness to learn on the job.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic field conditions, from workshops to community events, and adapting to unexpected challenges.
