About the Program

Empowering Young Changemakers to Lead, Build & Create Impact

The Impact Fellowship Program (IFP) is a project-based leadership experience for students and young professionals who want to do more than learn — they want to act. Fellows work on real initiatives in human rights, social justice, and youth empowerment, building the skills and experience to become the leaders their communities actually need.

The Highlight

Impact Capstone Project

Every fellow’s journey culminates in an Impact Capstone Project — a self-designed campaign addressing a real social, human rights, educational, or community issue. Fellows build their campaign strategy, create outreach materials, engage stakeholders, and launch it — individually or in teams. By graduation, your project isn’t hypothetical. It’s live, documented, and yours.
