Empowering Young Changemakers to Lead, Build & Create Impact
The Impact Fellowship Program (IFP) is a project-based leadership experience for students and young professionals who want to do more than learn — they want to act. Fellows work on real initiatives in human rights, social justice, and youth empowerment, building the skills and experience to become the leaders their communities actually need.
More Than a Certificate
A hands-on experience designed to turn ambition into real-world capability.
Real-World Experience
Step out of the classroom and into live community initiatives — tackle real problems, work with real stakeholders, and see the direct results of your effort.
Professional Growth
Develop leadership, project management, communication, and teamwork skills through guided practice with experienced mentors.
Portfolio, Network & Recognition
Graduate with a documented impact project, a network of changemakers, and formal recognition you can carry into your studies and career.
Where Fellows Make a Difference
IFP projects are rooted in two core areas.
Human Rights & Social Justice
Working toward fairer, more inclusive communities.
Education & Youth Empowerment
Unlocking opportunity through learning and leadership.
Impact Capstone Project
Every fellow’s journey culminates in an Impact Capstone Project — a self-designed campaign addressing a real social, human rights, educational, or community issue. Fellows build their campaign strategy, create outreach materials, engage stakeholders, and launch it — individually or in teams. By graduation, your project isn’t hypothetical. It’s live, documented, and yours.
